Samsung Galaxy S5

The next installment of Samsung's flagship line of phones is here. Introducing the Samsung Galaxy S5. Buy now on AT&T.

 Love This Phone!

I wanted to wait after having this phone for a while before writing a review. I've had this phone for a couple of months, now, and just a word of advice for people purchasing this phone. Check for AT&T software updates before you 'customize' your S5.
I went back to Samsung after a huge mistake of having a HTC for 2 years.
I would have given this 5 stars all the way across the board, but Samsung and AT&T puts in a lot of apps that most people don't use. If you do, that's great, but I don't. It is easy, but time consuming, to disable them so you don't get charged.
Now that that's out of the way. I did a lot of research on this phone vs the S4. I figure if it's what you want, get it. I love all the new goodies of motions and gestures, and such. I just wish there was a way to un-pause music the same way of pausing them (turn phone over) without head phones. I do a lot of yard work and outside projects, so I listen to music while doing them; and it takes up very little battery usage doing so. I love the 3.0 power cord. Not only is is longer than your standard cord, it charges a whole lot faster! The camera is okay. I like the added features, but it seems they're out of sync of what a camera should do. Pictures do come out really nice; which is important because I like my pictures to come out like what I'm looking at.
The one thing I have tested and never will is if it truly is water resistant as I've read on a lot of other reviews. Even though this phone is durable (as most Samsungs are), I still purchased a case and holster combo.
I especially like the quad core the S5 has. It sure makes production (and games) a whole lot less aggravating when you want to do something fast.
All in all this is a GREAT phone and will have this phone until it breaks or fails. And that will be a long time because I've never had a problem with any Samsung product!
